I managed to find my way around the phones settings mainly through trial and error

I thought the sos function whereby pressing the sos button sends a text and phones emergency numbers in turn would be useful

However it also sounds an alarm on the phone and i cant find a way to disable this

The phone alarm would just send her into a panic as it is not easily switched off once it starts

When i set up the phone for her the talking keys worked straight out of the box
