Difficult to work with but once you get it in place its great for about 23 weeks unless you chew on it then its less than 10 days

Put a glob on your finger and with one attempt squish it into place then scrape your finger to side of the filling to hopefully make it stick in place

Its sticky like a gluish clay so if you lift your finger straight up it pops back out of place along with your finger

If you can carefully use your tongue to help press it down into place it really sticks to anything else

Im giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because its quite expensive for a very small amount
