Pros

The sound quality is excellent even without a subwoofer. As expected thumping lows, warm mids, crisp (not shrill) highs with optional sound settings in app. I use tidal and the sound is crystal clear, even at high volume.

When drum sticks are tapped together they are as sharp and in-your-face as a gunshot. Crisp vocals. Booming bass drum.

You won't be disappointed with this quality product. Placed in right place of room, you’ll be impressed. They fill the area. Looks nice on a shelf.

Overall it’s a great looking and sounding speaker. Looks attractive. Good sound for the money. This speaker is so awesome.

Cons

Once set-up, the speaker becomes unresponsive when connected over wi-fi. When the heos app works, it really is remarkable. The app is required to listen to streaming music through these speakers.

The application is incredibly unreliable, and the customer service is 10 times worse. This is a disaster of a system that reviewers might like because they don't use it beyond the 2 - 3 hours they have it set up.
