2 stars just because i think it might not be the worst got these for snowboarding after a hard fall made me favor one side

These knee pads work great at helping to prevent injuries from falling without restricting activity or movement

Strongly advice anyone who actually need a knee pad to get one with better protection

This is not enough to protect you from mediocre to serious falls if youre not good at falling at sorta icy snow
