New homeowner here. Mixed one gallon up that evening and sprayed the entire perimeter of my home, just a light spray. After about 2-3 hours the odor fades.
This stuff works for creepy crawlers. It * any and everything that crawls, flues, or slither! Two completely separate ant species and three separate colonies.
Cons
If i spray it outside my doors i have to evacuate the house for 48 hours or else live with a nauseating, *-burning smell. It only kill in contact, it is not a pest control product. Only buy this product from a reputable pest control company.
Didn't do a dang thing. Follow instruction and nothing. Save your money and buy something else. Secondly;poor instructions, and difficult.

Highly recommend for a good affordable insecticide concentrate
Cheaper than an exterminator and works just as well
Have been paying terminix a hundred and ten dollars every month
I have to say for the price it was well worth it after a week u see results 😉

Of course it works well and that’s probably why you can’t have it shipped to washington state… but found a way around that

The box was soaked and they left it in my mailbox so all my mail was covered in it
The measuring tool as part of the packaging was helpful to limit direct exposure
