Pros
Fit is great and comfortable for all day wear. I recommend wearing some form of under layer as the straps can chaff with extended wear. They are adjustible, but if you think you are a medium, get a large.
Cons
The foam is too soft to really protect your knees. Even when hitting the knee at a 45 degree angle without much speed, my knee was injured pretty bad. Looks like amazon will not allow me to return tham as i passed the one month return period.
