External packaging was very good but the styrofoam support for this 50lb tool inside the metal case was inadequate a factory problem causing the case to get banged up and the oil bottle ruptured

Now you will have to go out and purchase a qt of straight 40w oil to replace the oil that was lost from the ruptured bottle
