Pros

Smokeless and adds a lot of flavour. Food still had the same delicious smoked taste. There is no smoke all over our kitchen and the food tastes great with the smoky flavor.

Cleaning is a common challenge with stainless steel pans, and this * is no exception. Cleaning the * takes a little bit of work, but it's worth it. It cleans up real nice too.

Cons

This thing is $40-dollars more than the nordic ware, but has no temperature guage! There js a serious design flaw in this product. It seems the bottom plate of the * is just glued to the main body.
