They scrape off easily, no soaking required. Even salmon remains intact with a quick scrape from a spatula. They also have a welded handle, so there are no rivets inside to catch dirty.

Although these are pricey, the quality far exceeds my expectation. I definitely recommend watching demeyere promotional videos on youtube, and i can vouch for them being true. Omelets and superb too.

Ill start by saying a number of reviews have said the demeyere proline and the zwilling henckels pans are similar
3 the henckels finish is a slightly rougher brushed look compared to the demeyere

Cleaning is simple and most remains will come off easily by immediately filling with cold water when off the stove

Please educate yourself on how to cook with stainless steel before reviewing the product its mostly human error and not the product fault for not meeting what you deem to be your expectations from the product
