Pros
It is handsome, and it is expensive, so perhaps i am fooling myself. And further. They are perfectly impeccably engineered and constructed.
Heats evenly and quickly. Holds in heat and moisture. It boils water 2 times faster!
Cons
The lid is too small and there is a clear gap between the lid and the saucier. Heating up liquids like milk in this pot almost always leads to a spill over, because it quietly cooks.

I already had a full set of of demeyre atlantis and love the quality so i ordered this large saucier to complete my set
There are only 2 things i would change about this product
Given the i considered it a splurge perhaps not quality is worth a lot and hard to find these days
Wanted a bigger saucier so the allclad i thought was my best choice nope
Price
Having used it for about 6 months i can say that it is worth the price
Packaging/appearance
The box that the pot came in was torndamaged hole in the cardboard

Ive since bought a 4qt allclad d5 saucier have started a return as the bottom is not flat and is discolored
They could have splurged the extra cent if that to use easy peeloff stickers

What did concern me was that the pot had a nick on the handle and another on the upper rim

I dinged it one star for the ridiculous stickers that either the manufacturer or the retailer placed on the inside bottom and the outside bottom

No they had to use stickers that required soaking and scrubbing with chain mail and then finish off with “goobegone” and still the adhesive can be seen ruining the finish of this pan
