Pros

It is not sticky if you do a water test before putting food in. Just a tad sticky for skinless fish filet. Bar keeper's friend ensures surfaces remain smooth, polished and clean of any mineral deposits so clean up is easy.

The bottom of the pan is completely flat on my glass cook top so everything heats and cooks evenly in this saute pan. The handle is super comfortable which makes this pan easy to handle and the lid is made from nice thick stainless steel.
