A tip for you these garlic powders and the like seem to burn on every type of pan i have ever use so use fresh spices works better
I come from using alot of castiron to cook and didnt use alot of stainless steel this pan changed all that

In january 2023 i bought their 5ply 3 quart 2 quart sauce pans and two 11 inch 5ply fry pans with the glass lid included

Like anything you have to cook with it and learn it but then your off to cooking heaven 😋
