Stable and light although the tread surface does flex slightly with my 180 lbs. It is very sturdy, heavier than i expected but that makes it seem more study than a plastic one. Nice quality very sturdy.

Bought this for our pantry. My 85 yo mil lives with us and needed a secure way to get food from the higher shelves. It fits between the fridge and wall in my apartment.

There's a handle at the top that makes it convenient to carry around and relocate the stool. It opens easily and closes just as easily. It folds up easily and stands up in the garage nicely for storage.

The legs of the ladder wobble and it makes it scary to stand on. The ladder is made from solid materials, but there were issues on assembly. There is a rubber pad that was not installed correctly so half of it was falling out.

Broken pieces and extremely filthy and scratched. There's also a damage on one of the sides which looks like the metal has cracked. Didn't want to go to the hassle of returning it. The locking device (hook) is too big.

Do not use on soft linoleum or hardwood floors. Use on carpet but any kind of hardwood or tile is an absolutely no.
