Pros

Delzo step ladder is safe to climb on because it is sturdy and has the rails to hold on to. Bought this for our pantry. We are not small people in my household, but the ladder feels sturdy when in use.

It opens easily, no worries about pinches from hinges or awkward latches and closes just as easily. Easy to hide away, easy to store and use.

It holds me up and doesn't flex. It handled my weight (180+ lbs) without hesitation. Easy to open and close, non-marring feet.

It's pricey but worth it. My only negative issue is that it would have been so much better with an attached paint ir utility tray.

Cons

There is a rubber pad where the top step rests on the back side of the ladder that was not installed correctly so half of it was falling out. This ladder is destroyed.

Broken pieces and extremely filthy and scratched. Not sturdy. Luckily, i am ok, but this thing is flimsy for what it is.
