Oh yes very easy to install but you will need to install to the baseboard first and then mark the exact location on the door remembering that these new hollow doors on have a 2x2 thickness of the door piece of wood at the edges where your screw needs to be located

We had this installed on an interior door that kept closing halfway in annoying fashion

I didnt think this magnet would be strong enough to hold it in place but i couldnt find another option to try so i gave it a shot
