Pros

It is sturdy, having three screws to hold it to the floor. The drill to allow a flush finish for the screws.

Heavy weight, unobtrusive and yet silently stylish. Solid (heavy) and it could take a pounding.

Three and one-half years later looks as good as the day it was installed. Works perfectly and looks good would recommend. Bought in september 2013.

Cons

However, the packaging is less than desirable. Will probably end up replacing it.

Highest quality and looks in a custom home

A little pricey but it is a heavy duty product

To compare i also bought another kind of stopper and the quality was very poor and had to be returned

The tricky part in the installation for wood is that the screws have to go in at an angle for the screw heads to lay flush with the base

Price

Was willing to get just the price difference but seller took care of it all and offered beyond my expectation

The only issue i have is the price

Door stop and packaging was ok screws are in the bottom portion of plastic and door stop on top

Competitiveness

Works perfect a little pricey but a real heavyduty unit

Be sure to predrill holes though as the screws will strip if you are not careful
