Pros

It fit perfectly, and was easy to install. Replaced a broken latch. Removed 2 screws, take out theold lock, place the new lock in place and install the new screws.

Seems a bit cheep in quality but that's probably why the old one broke also. Replaces a broken flush bolt.

Cons

The one i received is flimsy and hard to use. The pin is very difficult to extend and retract. I think the bolt was welded to the mechanism, but it performed like it was glued.
