Had to use a unibit to drill these out to fit over a standard 12 chromed pipe

When i slid the flange onto my shower arm it was a perfect fit but there was no set screw or anything like that to keep it in place

So i got my reading glasses and discovered that inside the opening is a ring of little teeth im sure that there is a more correct name for this but i dont know what it is
