Only thing i would change is i wish it came with a 2 prong led bulb, but i was able to get a cheap replacement easily. Less energy but brighter, cleaner light.
My hubby is a genius and made it fit quite well. Good unit but tricky to install.
Very pleased so far. Well, it's early, but initial impressions are impressive. But the second.
Cons
The exhaust fan is pretty loud & is not as efficient. At 80cfm, it's not strong enough to * out the moist air.
Delta needs to redesign it! Junction box for connection is too small. The wiring diagram is inadequate. I do my own work, this is poorest diagram i have ever seen.

Appears to be well constructed and an improvement over last unit
I like this product it was easy enough to install the heater works well the fan is pretty quiet and the light isnt too bright
The bulb came on when first installed and about 5 seconds later went off
I installed this in old construction so it was quit as easy as one might hope
Price
I really like this fan and like the price even better
Its nearly as quiet as our panasonic downstairs but at only 60 of the cost
Had to pay 14 of the price again because of defective parts
The cost of just the supplies to install these was more than the vent and that did not include labor
Competitiveness
Compared to other well known models out there the delta stands superior in my book
Replacement of an older unit of a different brand that rusted out
This fan is very quiet compareed to the fan it replaced

If it hadnt already been installed i would have sent it back and gotten a refund

Had to enlarge the hole and reroute some wire

It was made for open ceiling installation between rafters but i made it work through the ceiling hole attached through the side to the rafters
