Pros

For a 1 sone fan, it does well with noise output. I hate fan noise so it's a huge relief to not hear the old broans groaning throughout the house whenever one of them was running. It's a bit louder than a previous panasonic unit i installed.

The grill provided is nice, stylish, and modern. Good buy when on sale or on warehouse deals.

The new deltas are squirrel-cage-type fans and generate a quieter, higher-frequency noise. But this is a no brainer choice over the cheaper standard. The gains in efficiency and quitter operation is mostly because this uses a squirrel cage fan.

If you need one with a humidity sensor, it's an available option and doesn't cost much more. Recommend you use caulk so shower steam doesn't go into the attic.

Cons

The noise level is about the same as a builders grade bath fan. Same chinese company makes the same fan under a different name for home depot. After a few months got louder and noisier.
