I fell in love with the whole deal and i had to have it in my house
I searched and found a quality replacement and it is up and running smoothly and effectively
The low quality compressed signal doesnt even register with me but im sure others would notice
I could still change the station manually with the push buttons but the knob was faster

Only hiccup was the radio id on a cardboard packaging insert was wrong
Competitiveness
I spent more than half the cost of even a used xmp3 for this xm2go and it does a good job for me
So far tested okay it is back up for simular radio that has some transmitter problems wish i could get fixed

This is my second unit since my first one purchased 5 years ago gave up the ghost most likely due to overuse and my own carelessness

My only complaints are 21some places in the usa just does not have good coverage i know that doesnt make sense with a satellite receiver but a lot of area in westmidwest does not work well

And2since the xm radio plays thru one of your car radio fm frequencies you can select from some 10 or 12 specific frequencies you must pick a frequency that is absolutely clear of any fm station or bleedover from a very close active fm frequency

Just an aggravation to have to keep fiddling with it as you drive around the country

It does have 5 hours of memory for those times in my walk when south is blocked
