The new pump does not have a snapon filterstrainer and is supplied with a generic pigtail wire harness

You will have to cut the existing harness off and solderseal the supplied harness to the trucks wiring

Luckily i was able to pop the original off the failed pump and install it on the new pump as i broke off the transducer trying to put the fuel tank back up

Just be prepared when you drop your gas tank the ring on the top that holds the pump in does not like the play ball

The pump location made the installation challenging

The aftermarket pumps were in the 250 range and this same pump was almost 300 at oreillys
