A tip for users foods that have been battered will stick to the wire basket so when placing them in the fryer use a large tablespoon or something to submerge them completely for just a sec then release them

One little design issue i see right away is there is no marker in the tank for the proper oil level

With no mark you will be guessing when adding more oil unless you drain it measure it and top it up in your measuring cup then dump it back in

Swish detergent around with a washcloth and then take your kitchen sprayer and spray the inside only of the fryer with hot water until dishwashing soap is completely washed from interior
