    Initially it appeared to be missing the nvidia graphic card

    There is a procedure which can restore the bluetooth device which is outlined at the link below the first post of the thread on the dell community board however the device will disappear again after the fix is applied and you will have to perform this procedure repeatedly if you want to use bluetooth with this otherwise excellent machine

    I would not recommend trying to use a bt mouse with this machine until qualcomm fixes their windows driver
