The one thing i really didn’t like was that the sleeves were sewn back to create a cuff which made the robe feel too short for my arms

In addition the stitching to sew back the cuffs were very thick and even though i tried to be very careful in cutting the sewing to free the sleeves so they would be long enough it put a small hole in the sleeve arms

If not for someone washing it improperly it probably would have served another 8 years

It was too large after wash its shrinks came down to size l

I misread the sizes and had to exchange for one size up from sm

Iam writing this review 5 years in still holding up regular washing and only a bit of inner hood seem tear where it connects to collor and the hang loop tore

I believe the hood started to tear partially because i began hanging the robe on a hook from the hood after the hang loop tore
