This one is well worth the extra money. Stitching/construction is excellent. The seams seem well done. Material looks to be of good quality.
It seems very durable and is made of water resistant polyester with pvc protection. Stood up to a windy storm and held its own. It is a plastic fabric, so you will want to make sure the grill is cooled down before you throw it back on.
The dek grill cover is thick and protects your grill from uv and water. There are vent holes that are normally vertical (flat in my case) that allow venting of air. This makes it less prone to mold.
Has two velcro straps on the side to adjust tightness, and they do a pretty good job. Velcro straps help cinch it down for a nice snug fit.

The blackstone cover for this fits okay widthwise but is very short plus is a fabric that really grabs dust and dirt
