Pros
This flexible ducting has heavier foil than i expected. Fit over the dryer and vent tube no problems.
Cons
Only way to get this on a 4 inch fan is if you put some cardboard or a sheet of metal inside it, and duct tape everything together. Maybe all of these foil hoses are like this. Used anyway as there was a large hole going to the outside.

If your clothes take forever to dry it could be a sign your duct or both dryers needs to be cleaned

Usually when i install the dryer duct i break the coil and end up with many holes because it is so thin

It didnt tear while maneuvering into place but was too difficult to get onto the fittings because it was a bit small in internal diameter

The duct tape will need to be replaced every couple years due to the heat of the dryer exhaust so if your dryer vent is very difficult to access i would recommend a sturdier duct that can be clamped into place

When installing over each end flatten out the amount you want over it for the clamp and slide it on very simply

If you dont and try to force the compressed aluminum over metal it will grab and risk being punctured
