I mean do not get me wrong the bose sounded ok but for the quality of sound you get from those speakers they should be priced less

I chose to place them in the front corners decoupled under the front speakers a location which seemed also to improve locatability of instruments in my room before adding the 2nd sub some low notes on instruments started moving towards the side of the single sub that problem was entirely gone with the 2nd

The symmetric setup also allowed me to put the phase dial on both subs to 0 degrees and my yamaha dsp would also have missed a separate distance parameter for the second sub which would have been an issue with frontback setups

The construction of the body is plastic which is not strong enough for heavy bass when volume is turned on loud

Also at high volume the plastic feet would tend to vibrate which annoys our hearing
