I am very happy with the product
This product works perfectly well for indooroutdoor use
If exterior lights are on the night view is pretty good otherwise it is about 8 to 10 feet from the camera with the night vision
The picture quality is good and it seems to be well built
Packaging/appearance
Worked within 5 minutes right out of the box
Competitiveness
A zoom or panarama view would be nice like some of the competition but i would still recommend this to a friend
I thought i would try this camera because it has a rechargable batery and a base that you can set the monitor in while it charges

The defender works great we mounted the camera outside above the door and put the monitor inside the entry on the table

Now no more guessing whos at the door and since we plugged both the camera and monitor into ac there are no batteries to worry about
