Pros
The foam on these are fine. The inner cavity is larger than the stock pads which probably adds extra comfort. If you are using your headphones in a warm environment causing sweating, the cloth surface handles that situation much more nicely.

Everyone knows the junk sony head cushions slowly decay and break up over time

While wearing them with glasses for long periods of time may strain your head that is probably more due to the design of the headphones and not the cushion

The last ear cups that i purchased were actual memory foam and were softer than these but its pretty negligible

When these ear cups start getting crusty they tend to fall off just by touching them
