Upon opening the box the first thing i noticed was that the pillow was in a vacuum sealed bag with all the air sucked out meaning the pillow was almost completely flat

I took a star away from the rating because i feel the manufacturer should have included a note about allowing the pillow some time to resume its full shape instead of buyers having to figure it out for themselves

If you have a habit of rounding your back pretty hard you might run into the same issue of it flattening out on you
