Pros

Carl newport's new book, deep work, is a must-have for achieving success. Newport's theory is that a person's creativity is their greatest asset. He also argues that distraction is an important part of the job.

It is somewhat repetitious, so arguably it's best read broken down rather than in one sitting (letting it digest, so to speak) it is fully worthwhile.

    I have been criticised for using do not disturb by friends if id read this book 2 years ago my response would have been insightful
