Repeat purchaser. These really work, and i must say i'm pretty shocked. This stuff is awesome!

The pills are definitely stinky but i can get past that because they work! The stuff smells like fish food, but hold your breath, drink some water and * fast! Because everything in them is natural. Love the simple ingredients, just not the smell.

Valerian has been used to ease insomnia, anxiety, and nervous restlessness. Within 15 minutes it starts calming them down. Helps my nervousness and helps me to go to sleep.

Cons

Couldn’t even open the bottle without gagging. No effect whatsoever. The cap was broken. Not even a little relief for muscle spasm.

I rate these right down there with glucosamine chondroitin msm, it is a crutch. The smell is rancid.
