Pros
I'm glad this came with instructions. It comes with a big bright piece of paper saying to please contact the supplier if you have any issues and they will replace it for free.
Cons
A stale, * smoke smell. Less herbal than fresh herb. When i try to slide the little gun that melts the plastic, it usually tears the plastic. I gave it a 1 mostly because the little heater it comes with doesn't work well.
The bags are ok and does shrink well when heated but will melt clean off if too much heat is applied. It seals the back then the bag tears m. It takes a lot longer to heat up and doesn't really seal much anymore.

Bought a different sealer and i use the bags which work great and are durable for the heat that gets applies to shrink wrap my bath bombs
The shrink wrap seals perfectly with the heat gun
The sealer is horrible and stopped working after 7 uses
