I have knocked off one star because after i had unwrapped each piece of the lamp i noticed that the base had a nasty mark along one side of it which looked as if something could have been spilled on it

It was an inconvenience to wrap up all the parts again and send back so i got off as much as i could with a little cloth but i wondered if somebody had previously returned it in this state

Also i noticed that there were no instructions in the packing box again alerting me to the fact that it might have been opened by a previous buyer and then returned for resale please would the supplier take note of checking on this for future customers
