The casing of our curtain is a little snug on this particular curtain rod. Using it for hanging heavier black out pair of long curtains. Once up and you back away from them, this one is perfect.

The finial is hollow, thin plastic. The ball end is plastic about as thick as food clear packaging like berries come in. The rod is a harder plastic and bends, dents, and is flimsy!

The brackets are not adjustable in length so if you plan on hanging your curtain over blinds or a shade you’ll need adjustable brackets
