The item looks really nice in my office and fits well on a shelf. This is another organizer that fits perfectly.

It's lightweight and sturdy, very sleek and doesn't look like a clunky rack. Holds up under the weight of all my bills superbly.
Cons
Caveat emptor. The screws do not actually *screw* into the cross-bracing rods. The trays also constantly fall through the bottom even after tightening screws as much as i could. Not to mention defective screws/hole fittings.

It has rubber feet so does not slip on desk

Good and sturdy but when the posts are screwed in they did not line up correctly so the item was tilted
