But from the moment i took it out of the box and turned it on the power button hasnt worked

It will turn on the lamp but it does not allow me to change the brightness as promised in the documentation that came with the lamp and it will not turn off unless i unplug the lamp and it runs out of battery power

Sensor does not work too bad vklyuchaetsya otklyuchaetsya and light back have no opportunity because i live in russia and the goods delivered from the united states lamp constantly need to charge the electric power does not hold
