I use them for clay pigeon shooting. They are fantastic!
Easy to use and doesn't take long to mold. Easy to follow youtube instructional video. Just done the moulding.
Cons
These are no better than the cheap foam ones. Didn't mold well to the shape of my partners ears. Wore them once this morning at work, threw them into the bin and learnt my lesson the hard way.
Tried with the second one, similar result. Took photos, sent to seller, got a refund. Gave up. They are useless!
These are not suitable for motorbike use. Extremely uncomfortable under a helmet due to hardness of the plastic. Helmet drags against them and then they fall out.

They were in for about two hours of shooting and so comfortable i didn’t feel them in my ears after about ten minutes

Having tried twice to mould and remould i would say they are about 80 effective

Certainly not 100it maybe the shape of my ears but its difficult to get a good a seal as i can with my standard £15 earplugs

The only reason they lose marks for comfort is when taking my lid off its very painful due to the hard plastic wedge in my ears
