Pros
Easy to mold to your ear and stay put well. Great noise cancellation. Follow instruction and easy to fit inear within 2 or 3 minutes.
It beats any chinese sweatshop brands. Bought my wife a pair of these as a christmas stocking stuffer!
The removable plug is a nice novelty feature. The helmet pushes on them a bit, but they're tolerable. They are not as annoying as the roll up foam ear plugs.
Cons

The molding process is not difficult, but i could not get it to make a tight seal. If you’re moving positions and shooting then it creates gaps. Either i feel the hard plastic, or the silicone is too large for me to get a good seal.
Totally disappointed again. Waste of $25 bucks.

Quality foam plugs work well but its a hassle putting them in properly and waiting for them to expand
I can barely hear the engine running at idle with the foam tips

Ive tried another and have seen custom plugs for waaay too much money but these are great and the price is right
Shipping
I could have purchased just a set of molding blanks for 15 from the manufacture but after shipping etc
Competitiveness
Be advised though that for indoor shooting ranges you should use exterior protection along with decibullz or any other inear plugs

Once i molded it to the inside of my ear while still steph is now perfectly foreman contoured to my ear making extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time

They have good instructions and fit well but are not compatible with motorcycle helmets
