Pros & Cons
Pros
This tea comes in a cake and you simply break pieces off to put in your teapot or strainer. I usually just rinse it while it's inside the tea strainer, as i don't have a tea pot.
Each steeping reveals a different kind of flavor. Each brew coaxes out a different flavor, different nuances. The whole process of brewing puer tea is sort of fun.
This is a decent tea for pu'er and it was handsomely packaged. The packaging is a conversation starter, with the wrapping and asian lettering/colors.
While i ascribe no magic to it, i think like any unoxidized tea it's a healthy drink. If you substitute a cup of this for an afternoon snack you may find it equally satisfying and fewer (no) calories.
Cons
This tea is incredibly dark even after steeping multiple times. The smell coming off the leaves is somewhat earthy, but there's not really any other noticeable scents. The aftertaste isn't really there, which is somewhat of a let down.
It seems that perhaps the amazon top 500 and top 1000 reviewers are enjoying a junket laced with free products. Not a great puer.

The packaging is very handsome by the way and itd make a fine gift
Competitiveness
Unlike other puerh bricks this one is relatively free of twigs and stuff pressed along with the tea
The main ingredient of this drink is a good strong serving of puerh and i found myself enjoying that tea on its own
If you dont brew your puerh twice youre wasting your money
It would be ridiculous to compare something that costs so low with really expensive puerh and expect it to score five stars
