Pros
Good fit with 8mm internal diameter pvc tube. Did a good job shifting water from my water * to the flowers at the back of the garden. Nice little 12 volt water pump, reasonably quiet and hopefully reliable.
Once this was removed, put back together and a piece of gauze as a filter – no problems.
Overall a very good pump at an excellent price. This seems to be an excellent little pump and great value for money. Quite happy with the overall quality of this pump.
Cons
Faulty with in1 minute of trying. Manually bled the system before turning the pump on. Returned to amazon depot and still awaiting a confirmation.

Only 1m of cable so unable to sit on bottom of barrel

Water went above recommended maximum temp by accident and pump started to make weird noise

Pump works best if completely submerged also for cooling in the event it gets blocked it gets quite warmhot so under water it would likely stop permanent damage

Additionally the pumps cant function if there is an airlock so the pump being under water is important and no air in the pipe as it will not pull water through
