My baby is 1 and still can’t fit

Item arrived on the 15 it was supose to arrive on the 26th so that was a plus however it is bigger then expected to be for a new born mor like 36 months if your baby is on the bigger side comes with evrything as pictured also includes a little flower braclet also if does not include any type of instruction on how to put it on or anything it comes in a clear bag doesnt even say the brand name

Not for newborns it was huge and the tail fell off before i even got the pictures so we had to improvise
