The padded loop wear you - the person hold and it prevents it from shredding your hands. It is not stretchy which is perfect for me as i wanted a strong and sturdy lead. Padded handle for comfort.

Using this for my deaf puppy as people cannot tell hes deaf and i have to repeat myself to explain and ask people to not pet him now they may know why i want to protect him from being frightened if someone just reaches to pet him
