Have not had issues with anything slipping or difficulty rolling weights over into the groove but it is only loadable on one side

Make sure you select whether you are purchasing a single wedge or a 2 wedges as at the initial time of ordering there was only option for single wedges

Only reason im giving you the 4 and not a 5 is there a bit smaller than i expected thought they would be a little bit wider
