It comes with the tools you'll need except for a small carafe for frothing milk. The steam wand is very powerful and is amazing at steaming milk. Have been using a cheapo steam expresso maker.
It is amazing! The machine has a fairly long cord. Great product for the price.

Some tips for the best tasting espresso. It doesn't hype me up, it just wakes me up.
Cons
The coffee filter cup is in four parts, impossible to clean. The cup gets stuck to machine and must be pried loose. I hate the double spout as it limits the crema produced. Never got to brew a single shot.
The milk frother is absolutely trash, big wide nozzle makes for steaming a pain and can get mediocre milk at best. Also lacks power while steaming. You can clearly see it spray water with the steam.

Not like my old keurig that would brew the exact amount and turn itself off with the touch of a button
Also its important not to push the grounds into place with force but rather give them a light tap with the stomper
