Pros

Used inline fuse and zip tied to an old cpu heatsink. Durable light and easy to mount. Seems to work pretty well. But it works nicely and stays cool for running a few leds on an electric atv conversion.

The projector uses about 60w when charging/running. The energizer is quite happy with the 12 volts this regulator is putting out. This is a must for that setup.

When the input voltage fluctuates the output voltage remains stable at 12. V. It boosts a low voltage up to 13. V, and drops a high voltage down to 13 v across the entire range. A requirement for the newer vhf uhf rigs.

Cons

Mine was labeled tobsun brand. Do not rely on this sellers reviews to adequately protect your electronics.

This device is only 13. Vdc open circuit (no load). Adc and either 13vdc to 26vdc connected, drops to 13. Only used like 30-50watt to them hooked to 36v 12.
