I bought this camera to make videos action videos in stead of using my go pros and its okay for the price it produces an image similar to the gopro hero 3 and that a good thing mostly however this unit has a major issue and that would be the fact that it records video in segments of two minutes this is particularly annoying if you intend on doing video time lapses and a s a result i have to only do photography time lapses as split footage is simply a pain to work with however this doesnt affect most as they could just sort the footage in chronological order as a result of that this unit gets a 4 stars from me

Its effectively a sj4000 however you might want to consider the wifi version as there is not much of a price difference

I was shooting in 1080p 30fps the max this little camera can shoot and after comparing the video to the one i shot on my gopro the same day i could barely tell them apart and i really mean that

First i used it on dog cam and it held up great took a couple of knock and worked awesome next i just left it recording at different locations to create a timelape video

Images seam quite good on pc
