Pros
Solid plastic cover protects paperback from usual wear and tear. There is ample space to write for each day. It allows me to find an appointment at a glance.
The size is great to stash in your purse or bring to a meeting. It's definitely helpful and nice sized so you can keep it on you or in your bag.
Cons
Book looks and feels cheap. The staple binding means it wont stay shut on its own and springs open when laid flat.

I personally did not like the style of it as there was no dividers to get to each month and it was kind of hard to get it open and keep it open
