Pros

Whether you're a fisherman, mariner or you're average joe just fishing on the weekend it's important to understand the rules of navigation. Great to carry on the boat. Had my first one on my sailboat for 15 years.

Cons

It is based off commandant instruction m16672. It says it in very small letters on top of chart. Poorly organized. Most of the diagrams are hard to read, fine print and not explained clearly.
